Who This Practice Is For

This practice works with adults carrying a range of symptoms, though a few patterns show up again and again. Some are high-achieving professionals who hold it together on the outside while barely getting through the day underneath. Others are young adults still looking for their independence, or partners trying to protect their own stability inside a relationship that drains them.

If you've sat in therapy before and left feeling like it only skimmed the surface, or you've quietly wondered whether what you're carrying is too much, too complicated, or too severe for anyone to really help, that could just mean you haven't found the right approach. Or it might mean the work stopped before it got anywhere near the root of things.

Whatever brought you here, this practice is built for it.

Conditions We Treat in Adults

OCD & Related Behaviors

Intrusive or disturbing thoughts, plus repetitive behaviors like hair pulling or skin picking, often followed by shame.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression often tangled together and driven by different things. The assessment identifies what's driving it, so the right approach follows.

Bipolar Disorder & Mood Instability

Where bipolar disorder overlaps with mood instability and emotion dysregulation, treatment may include CBT, DBT, or neurofeedback.

BPD & Emotion Dysregulation

Chronic emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidality, or relationships that feel unstable no matter how hard you try to stabilize them.

ADHD & Complex Trauma

A nervous system that stays wired long after the stressor is gone, or attention that hasn't responded to willpower alone.

Substance Use & Coping Patterns

Substance use that shows up as a coping skill, or a quick way to bring emotional intensity down.

What Treatment Looks Like

Your first session starts with an assessment, and from there, the next 1 to 4 sessions are reserved for gathering your history, building an honest diagnostic picture, and confirming the right course of evidence-based treatment. A deliberately small caseload is what makes that kind of time and attention possible.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

The evidence-based approach for emotion dysregulation, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts, rooted in one of the country's top DBT communities.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Used for OCD, anxiety, and depression, with treatment built around your specific diagnosis and history, not a general approach to "adult anxiety."

Neurofeedback + qEEG

Available on its own or alongside DBT or CBT, particularly effective for ADHD, chronic anxiety, and a nervous system that stays wired long after the stressor is gone.

Getting You Back to Your Life

Our goal is to help you cultivate the life that matters most to you. It is not to keep you in therapy indefinitely. You'll walk away with real skills you can use, a nervous system that doesn't hijack you the moment things get hard, and a clearer sense of who you are and where you're headed.

The Science of Neuroplasticity: How We Train the Brain

Objective Data, Not Observation

Your Brain Can Change-01.png

Psychological diagnosis often relies entirely on subjective observation. We take a different approach. Utilizing advanced qEEG brain mapping, we measure your exact brainwave activity to identify the biological root of your symptoms. By comparing your results against expansive normative database, we remove the guesswork and develop a highly precise, individualized treatment protocol.

Harnessing Neuroplasticity

The human brain is incredibly adaptable. Think of neural pathways like paths through a forest: the more a route is walked, the more entrenched it becomes. Over time, anxiety or attention deficits become deeply ingrained habits of the nervous system. Neurofeedback leverages neuroplasticity to introduce new, healthier routes. We provide your brain with the exact information it needs to reinforce and strengthen entirely new pathways.

Sustainable, Non-Pharmacological Change

In a culture that constantly demands immediate gratification and temporary symptom management, neurofeedback offers a different reality. It is a non-pharmacological approach that requires dedication. Because we are fundamentally retraining how your brain operates, it is not a quick fix. Results build gradually through consistent training, providing your nervous system with the foundation required for sustainable, long-term regulation.
